GenevaSound includes white glove shipping from our warehouse to the exact spot in your room of choice. Our shippers will deliver it, uncrate it, plug it in and test it for proper operation. Please inspect the system at this time to ensure it meets your expectations of quality. If you choose, they will remove and dispose of the packaging. Our shippers will not attach external devices such as your TV and/or DVD players but instructions for doing so are in the manual.

Note regarding our return policy and the GenevaSound Home Theater: GenevaSound can only accept the return of the GenevaSound Home Theater at the time of delivery and set up by our shipper. At the time of setup and inspection, if the product does not meet your expectation of quality, you should instruct the shippers to remove the system for return to the manufacturer. We follow this procedure for delivery and inspection to reduce the complexity of home theater for the customer, and to reduce chances shipping damage due to the size and furniture quality of the product.
