• Geneva Virtual Gift Cards may be treated the same as credit.
• Geneva Virtual Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
• Geneva Virtual Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase a traditional gift card.
• The Geneva Virtual Gift Card is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the Geneva Virtual Gift Card email notification (we'll send it within one business day of order completion).
• Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a Geneva Virtual Gift Card.
• Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Delivery to a non-existent email address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Geneva Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen Geneva Virtual Gift Cards.
